Welcome to our beautiful house in Orihuela. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. A Valencian Tourist Licence has been applied for, once received the website will be updated accordingly. We are a Collaboration of Holiday Home Owners. As we are not a business we pool our resources and availability to be able to offer more affordable Holiday Home Rentals in the La Zenia area ***please note this is a NO SMOKING property (inside), any smell or evidence of smoke when you depart you may lose your deposit to pay for a deep clean.***
