The accommodation Silent renovated apartment of 80sqm located on the first floor (without elevator) of a 50s building of 3 floors. The structure is located in a narrow street surrounded by greenery very quiet both day and night. The space is divided as follows: a double bedroom (18sqm) with a wardrobe. A second bedroom (13sqm) with two single beds and a wardrobe. Linear kitchen (3 meters long) with 4-burner gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils and extendable table with 6 chairs + 2 folding chairs. Living area with double sofa bed set up with 32 "LED TV. Windowed bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Bed linen and towel set provided upon your arrival. Additional services available to guests: two mobile fans, unlimited Wifi, heating, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and clothesline. At the request of the guest there is the possibility of having a cot and high chair for children. Guest Access The whole house will be at your complete disposal!
