Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Puerto Rico is a fantastic 3-bedroom villa, situated in Galé, with a privileged location close to all amenities, including Lourenço and Galé beach, some of the best golden beaches of the Algarve. Ideal for couples and families, the property is also a short drive from one of the jewels of Albufeira: a natural ecological reserve with wild fauna, flora, and one of the main spots for bird watching in their natural habitat, and is sure to provide the relaxing setting you seek for your holiday in the Algarve. Villa Puerto Rico is equipped with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom located on the first floor, with wonderful balconies looking to the surrounding area, as well as 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is an additional bathroom and a bright, fully equipped kitchen, which includes all the appliances you may need for home cooking. The living / dining areas are airy and inviting, with lots of natural light brought in by patio doors and shutters, leading directly outside to the pool area. Outside, a wonderful private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invites you to jump in or relax in the sun on the available sun loungers, and a traditional Algarvean barbeque allows you to prepare outdoor meals to be enjoyed al-fresco. The property is in a quiet area near Galé, Albufeira and there are several restaurants, bars and supermarkets, within a short walk (approximately 10 minutes). Also, within a short walk (about 15 minutes), are the beautiful beaches of Castelo / Evaristo / Lourenço. The beach town of Galé is a 15-minute walk away where you can find a variety of excellent restaurants, bars and shops and Albufeira is about a 10-minute drive away. The largest shopping centre in the area, Algarve Shopping (in Guia) is also about a 10-minute drive away. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. ***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
