Modern, bright and in an ideal location, with the beach 1km down the road and the Shell Rd shops just around the corner, our 2-storey architecturally designed house is a fantastic place to relax all year round. Relax in the upstairs light-filled lounge, with its vaulted ceiling, oversized couches and 55in TV. Or chill out downstairs in the open plan kitchen (dishwasher), dining (8 seat table) and living area (42in TV). The 3 bedrooms are good-sized and all have WIRs, while the main bedroom also has an ensuite. The outdoor fully-fenced entertaining area (BBQ, 8 seat table) is accessed via french doors, with a separate covered fernery also accessible through the lounge. With ducted heating throughout, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, air-conditioning in the upstairs lounge and fly-screens on all windows, our property is extremely comfortable all year round.
