If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** “Bonnie Skye” is a delightful home away from home that will suit boating enthusiasts and those who like to fish, with the Rhyll boat ramp just 8 minutes away. Shopping for supplies or finding a yummy meal couldn’t be easier, with two full supermarkets and a large selection of shops, cafes and restaurants located within a 10 minute drive. Some of the features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** “Bonnie Skye” is a single-storey home, with a large, open-plan area comprising of a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, a roomy dining area, and a spacious, air-conditioned living area with a wood heater and a giant Smart TV. Off the living area are three bedrooms all with BIR and the Master with smart TV, the bathroom (with bath, separate shower and vanity), a separate toilet, and a large laundry. ** Outdoor Areas ** The sunny front deck, which is accessed through the living room, overlooks the large fully enclosed block where children and pets can safely play. The home delivers plenty of parking for cars, motorcycles or boats, with a long driveway and insulated double lock-up garage. Part of the garage has been converted into a second living area with a table tennis table, dart board & TV. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** The home has a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning unit in the living room as well as a coonara-style fireplace. All three bedrooms have both portable fans and portable heaters. ** Bedding Configuration ** "Bonnie Skye" is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 8 Bedroom 1: One Queen bed Bedroom 2: One Double bed Bedroom 3: Two sets of Single bunks ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
