The Poolside Oasis is located on the 2nd Floor and requires guests to walk up one flight of stairs. Amenities include Contactless Keypad Check-in, Central Heat and Air, Full Kitchen with a Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Walk-in-Closets and in Unit Laundry (large capacity brand new LG Washtower) with access to Outdoor Grills, Picnic Tables, Gym and our beautiful Tropical Oasis Swimming Pool! The home also has High Speed WIFI Internet and a Samsung Smart TV which makes it perfect for Guests! The Poolside Oasis is located in a fully remodeled Apartment Complex and you will have access to all the Complexes amenities, including the Swimming Pool, Gym, Outdoor Grills, Picnic Tables, Coin Laundry and Kids Play Area! Please Note the Swimming Pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning. We work hard to get this done as quickly as possible so our guest can enjoy the pool. We live close by and are always available if you have any question or issues during your stay. We can be reached anytime by messaging or text. Note: We require a credit card on file for a security deposit / incidentals for all bookings at our property. We place a credit hold of $300 2 days before your arrival and the deposit is fully refunded within 2 days of departure as long as our house rules are honored and there is no damage to the property.
