It is an ideal place to spend relaxing holidays in contact with nature and at the same time you can visit cities of art such as Florence, Siena and San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa and Arezzo. The farmhouse is 40 minutes from the center of Florence, 15 km from Lake Bilancino (sailing, canoeing, surfing), 5 km from the Mugello racetrack, 3 km from the town of Luco where you can find all the typical Tuscan services and restaurants and taste the local dishes, potato tortelli, steak, mushrooms, wild boar, all accompanied by excellent wines. In the nearby Borgo San Lorenzo, which is 6 km from the Casa dei Ghiri, there is a small railway station from which trains leave every hour for Florence center. The A1 motorway can be reached in 20 minutes.
