Enclosed grounds. Five bedrooms or 12 beds. Three bathrooms, one with a bathtub; 3 separate toilets; an American kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, areas dedicated to children (games / reading room, etc.) Located in Mimizan, north beach, in a quiet area; 250 meters from the ocean, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Close to the forest and cycle paths (200m). On the ground floor: 2 double bedrooms and a dormitory with 4 bunk beds, 3 bathrooms / shower, kitchen open to the living room, dining room, laundry room, TV room and 2 WCs. Upstairs, a large landing converted into a games room (games and books for children,). + 1WC. Two double bedrooms in a row. We stay there very regularly for our holidays and take care of the quality of its equipment and its regular maintenance. Equipment: TV, internet and WIFI (no extra charge), washing machine and dishwasher, oven, large fridge and separate freezer, ceramic hob, electric plancha. Outside: large garden table, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue.
