It is a sunny apartment (maximum 5 people) settled in a comfortable and relaxed hood closes from both the train station (3 minutes walking) and the city center (15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by tram). The apartment’s vicinity to the train station allows arriving in 20 minutes to Abano’s spa, 30 minutes to Venice or Vicenza; 1 hour to Verona or Bologna. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a condominium. In the rooftop, there is a large terrace completely available furnished with table, deck chairs and plants. There are 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 singles beds and the last one with a sofa bed). There is a kitchen with all the stuff you need (pots, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave oven) a living room with a TV and free wi-fi. One bathroom with a bath, shower, and a washing machine. There is no elevator just a double staircase. There is no own apartment car park but along the street, it is easy to find a park close to the house. Some Rules: Because of the guidelines imposed by Padua's district the maximum temperature permitted is 20 ° C. It is also necessary to do the recycling and energy saving. There is a tourist tax to pay at the check-in time: 1 euro for each person for a day of the first 5 days of staying. If you stay more than 5 days you won't pay the tax for the other days.
