Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - TVDVD/bar fridge/shower/toilet Bedroom 3: Queen Bed - TVDVD adjacent bathroom. Bedroom 4: Queen Bed & 2 singles Linen & towels are provided with beds made. Free WiFi, Pay TV, pool table, table tennis, Basketball, Telescope, DVDs, wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioning, BBQ, large balcony, washing machine/dryer, high chair / cot and 2 parking areas. The staircases have portable safety gates to ensure child safety. Kitchen facilities: induction stove, fan forced oven, micro wave, dish washer coffee machine and an outstanding range of cooking utensils. The property is suitable for pets pets.. The back patio is a large fenced area with access to a narrow enclosed lawn area adjacent to the west side of the house. There is a 2 night minimum for normal bookings with a 3 night minimum for long weekends.
