This exclusive villa, located in the old town of Sant Vicenç de Montalt a few meters walk to the shops of first necessity, offers all the comforts to enjoy an unforgettable stay in one of the most valued areas of the Maresme for its unbeatable location and views.-On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with an open designer kitchen, facing a green garden with a private pool and sea views from every corner.At the same level there is a double bedroom with direct access to a comfortable full bathroom.-A staircase takes us to the first floor where the master suite is located, an oasis of rest and relax with its own bathroom and access to a private terrace. A spacious dressing room with an elegant and fresh design complements the essence of maximum comfort.-Another staircase leads us to the attic where we have two single beds, our own bathroom and a small kitchen with a microwave. A circular terrace surrounds the entire upper floor and invites you to sunbathe and enjoy the spectacular views of the golf course, the sea and the mountains.-The whole house consists of high-end finishes, carefully selected and guarantee a stay of maximum relaxation, peace and comfort.-Air conditioning, underfloor heating and high speed internet in all rooms. Large flat screen TV with Netflix access with international movies in the main living room.-The house is located just 5 minutes by car to the beach, 30 minutes from the center of Barcelona and also ensures easy access to the highway, the national II and the train station.-The house offers a private garage for 2 vehicles.- -THE AMOUNT OF THE STAY DOES NOT INCLUDE SUPPLIES AND MAINTENANCE EXPENSES THAT WILL BE PAID SEPARATELY UPON ARRIVAL.- THE ADDITIONAL EXPENSES TO THE STAY ARE THE FOLLOWING FOR EVERY 15 DAYSAND ARE CALCULATED PROPORTIONALLY ACCORDING TO THE DURATION OF THE STAY: SUPPLIES: €190 GARDEN MAINTENANCE: €120 PRIVATE POOL MAINTENANCE: €140 -- Do not hesitate to contact us if you want to consult any service or to ask about anything you may need!
