The 45 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a building completely renovated in 2007, reachable via an internal courtyard where you can park your vehicle. The plan of the house consists of a bright living room / kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom; all the rooms have been recently renovated and studied in detail to create a comfortable, intimate and cheerful space. The living room is equipped with a large corner sofa bed, a small table with two chairs and two stools, a small fridge with freezer and a modern kitchen complete with washing machine, microwave, kettle, 4-burner stove, hood, sink and, of course , many doors for the pantry containing everything you need to cook delicious dishes!
