Imagine having your holiday a stone’s throw above the Mediterranean. Listen to the sound of the crashing surf while enjoying morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on your 3 terraces, sitting at the outside tables on relaxing in the lounge chairs. Chill in the large garden patio or smaller private bedroom patio with a vista of the snow capped Alps seen high above the turquoise sea. Gaze at the boats anchored in the bay below, through the pines and oaks in our flowered garden. 5 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths, 2 full kitchens, 2 dining rooms and 2 salons, laundry rooms, all airconditioned individually. Restaurants and grocers are steps away for your convenience, and St. Tropez is nearby. Enjoy the new 6 man out door Spa set in the lower garden with out door shower. Medieval walled hilltop villages are a wonder to explore and there are a variety of wineries to discover, or you can stick to having your toes in the sand with 90 beaches within a 30 minute drive. Closer to home, just take a few minutes’ walk down to the 3 different beaches at our doorstep. Restaurants are just a few min. walk and a full service market is accessed by just walking through the arch in our cul de sac and walk down to the sea road. A bistro is next door on one side and next to the hotel, a sandy beach access below the pizzeria under the road, or simply cross the street and walk down the garden pathway. Another path from our front door leads you down to the seafood restaurant and 2 pebbly beaches among the tree lined park on either side of the parking lot. all just a 4 min. walk from the front door. 90 beaches are within a 30 min. drive but there are 5 within a 10 min. walk, A seaside paradise with all you need by your front door. We go to great lengths to be welcoming and want all our guests to make themselves at home and enjoy their stay. House rule violations will incur the following fees: $50per day for unregistered guest on the property without owner's written consent, $100. per undeclared guest staying overnight or smoking in the house, $200. per pet. $50. / hour for late check out due to the limited time available to clean the property for the next guests.
