Rosebank B&B offers you luxury accommodation and a friendly welcome to our newly decorated, very light, spacious accommodation in an oak framed, barn style building separate from the house. This private accommodation is the perfect base for visiting friends and family or exploring the local area of outstanding natural beauty. You are given the key to come and go as you please and there is private, off road parking right outside the door. Rosebank B&B is very conveniently located within the middle of Etchingham village, only 5 minutes walk from Etchingham mainline station direct to London. Etchingham is surrounded by historic sites, National Trust buildings and beautiful gardens. For example, Batemans in Burwash 3 miles, Bodiam Castle 5.9 miles, Pashley Manor Gardens in Ticehurst 4.5 miles and Scotney Castle Gardens in Lamberhurst 9 miles. We are perfectly located for Sissinghurst Gardens and Great Dixter Gardens being equidistant between the two. Royal Tunbridge Wells is only 15 miles away… Our light, large, airy room has a very comfortable superking bed which can be unzipped and made up as two singles if required. There is a double sofabed which can sleep an extra adult or 2 children for an extra charge. The room has a flat screen TV and free wi-fi. There is a little silent fridge, small microwave, toaster and fresh coffee/tea making facilities. The ensuite shower room has underfloor heating and looks out on to our orchard. Your breakfast is continental and is available for you to help yourself in the privacy of your room at whatever time you wish to get in the morning! Where possible local products are supplied.
