Summary: Amazing view from “Casa Pino sul mare”, a secluded amazing house in Portovenere overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean sea, Palmaria Island and the beautiful white color Apuan Alps with their famous marble caves on the left. The stone wall facade adds a warm natural appearance to this charming house. The house can accommodate up to 8 people and features a lovely patio, a terrace with stunning sea view and a well-kept garden. The house has a free private parking. REF. CITRA - 011022-LT-0747 The Space: “Casa Pino sul mare” is finely and tastefully decorated; far away from bustle and noise, it is located in a quiet and peaceful position with an amazing sea view. A modern architecture apartment divided into two blocks linked by the semi-sheltered patio/ terrace which ran along the front of the house. A big pine tree offers shadow to cool and relax on hot days. From the terrace the feeling is like being on a tree house with an incredible view over the sea and the palmaria island. The sleeping area consists of one master bedroom with a panoramic wide window door, a double bedroom + single bed, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The living features a lovely fully equipped kitchen (toaster, Nespresso coffee machine), a dining area with table and a double brand new sofa bed. Bathroom. Beautiful garden with 2 dining table - one on the terrace and another one in the garden, near the BBQ and sun loungers in the sun. Guest Access: There is a stairway of about 200 steps to reach the house (5 minutes walk from the parking) but the stunning view repairs the effort once you arrive. Still, for this reason this place is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Toddlers should also be carefully watched on the outdoor spaces of the house.
