Our exclusive holiday penthouse in the "Sielhuus" is located in the small fishing village of Fedderwardersiel directly on the Siel, not far from the crab cutter harbor, and in the immediate vicinity of the Wadden Sea National Park (UNESCO World Natural Heritage). Electricity / water / heating are included. Bed linen and bath towels can be ordered for a fee. Please pay your tourist tax in advance by bank transfer. You will then receive your spa cards from us by post. A dog can be booked for an additional charge. The comfortable apartment has a bright, spacious living / dining area with a high-quality, comfortable sofa and three armchairs, a modern kitchenette with high-quality kitchen appliances and a dining table for six people. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with Blu Ray player, radio and CD player, an extensive selection of books, CDs and DVDs as well as a games collection for the whole family. The apartment also has free WiFi. You can end a nice day off in front of the cozy fire in the gas fireplace. On cooler days, the underfloor heating also creates a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. The three bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring double beds (with topper and hygiene pads) and a spacious wardrobe. Additional flat-screen TVs, seating and a clothes rack / additional clothes hooks complete the exclusive equipment. Blackout curtains and pleated blinds offer the best prerequisites for a restful and deep sleep. Enjoy the view of the dike and over to Bremerhaven from the large roof terrace with a cozy beach chair, comfortable deck chairs and a garden table with seating for six people. A large awning protects you from direct sunlight if desired. With your own wagon, trips into the surrounding area are a great adventure for the youngest.
