This comfortable home is in a modern holiday resort with 35 houses in De Veluwe Nature Reserve, near the harbour. It has a wonderful view of Eemsee. A playground and a beach with a small snack place are located just 200 metres from the resort. Bicycle and boat rentals are available in the marina. You can rent a sloop or a sailboat in the holiday resort even if you do not have a licence. NOVASOL guests renting these facilities for two hours can enjoy an additional hour free of cost. Enjoy a beautiful and relaxing boat tour or visit the cities of Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort, where you can also visit the zoo (10 km). It is very quiet here due to the close proximity of a breeding area for birds, which also means that fireworks aren't allowed. Note: There may be construction noise in 2021 due to work on the dikes.
