A wonderful holiday, that’s what it’s all about in Villa Cipres. You will certainly find the Spanish character in the villa. Villa Cipres with sea view exudes cosiness, has a large garden with lots of sun but also shaded corners. Furthermore, the villa has a lot of peace and privacy and is fully equipped. This 8 person villa is divided into two floors. Both the upper floor and the lower floor can accommodate 4 people. The upper apartment has a neat living room with TV, comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs and air conditioning. In addition, an open kitchen with gas stove, microwave / oven, coffee maker (Senseo), kettle, toaster, fridge with small freezer. You will also find two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed (1.8x2m), closet, and air conditioning. The other with two single beds (0.9x2m), wardrobe and fan. In addition, two bathrooms are available. One large with a bath with rain shower, toilet, bidet, 2 sinks and a washing machine. The other is a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The ground floor has a living room with a sofa, a small kitchen with dining table. Furthermore, a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The another bathroom with shower and sink. As above, there are two bedrooms. One with a king size bed (1.8x2m), wardrobe and fan. The other with two single beds (0.90×1.90m), wardrobe and fan. There is a (heated) private swimming pool (4x8m). To relax or sunbathe there are 8 sun beds available and if it gets too hot you just put on a parasol. Do you find it pleasant to drink a glass of wine or to eat something? That is possible at the 8-person table outside. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and you can, among other things, put your drinks nice and cold in the fridge and for dinner you just switch on the BBQ. Please Note: 1.You have 224 kWh of electricity per week for free. Additional consumption is € 0.25 per kWh. 2: That a staircase is always required to reach the villa. 3: Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this home.
