Large Group Gîte - Sleeps 22 + Private Heated Pool

Two very Large 4 Bedroom rural cottages adjoining (8 Bedrooms in total), all recently renovated to provide a lovely well equipped property to accommodate large groups of family and friends, whilst maintaining many of the properties original features. The properties can sleep up to 22 people, plus under 2's in cots. The gîte has a private heated outdoor pool with amazing views, a large private secure garden, children's playarea,(with swings, slide, playhouse) Ping-Pong, badminton and a Boules/ Petanque Court. Both gîtes are equipped the same. All bedding and bath sheets are provided and included in the rental price. Please just bring beach towels to use at the pool. Wi-fi is free and throughout the property. For the protection of ourselves, out property and the property of our guests we have CCTV cameras on the rear of the property. There are 4 cameras: 1) Covering the back terrace area of 1 Route de Bosmoreau les Mines - Bluebell Cottage (only used to provide any evidence of any damage). 2) Covering the Children's play area (only to provide any evidence of any damage). 3) The pool shed and pool terrace (only to provide any evidence of any damage). 4) The Ping-Pong Table and the Petanque Court (only to provide any evidence of any damage). The images are only ever viewed when we need supporting evidence of any misbehaviour or any damage. The images are not broadcast on any platforms. There are no cameras inside the gites. Guests are permitted to see the images after an incident.
