Frome Fern Tree Cottage an independent house

Fern Tree is a special compact, bijou and quirky 300 hundred year old cottage situated in the heart of the conservation area in the historic town of Frome. the atmosphere as you walk in that only time can create. It has a master bedroom with a king size bed. The second bedroom has stairs to the attic room perfect for children. Two single beds can be coupled together to make a king size bed. A handmade well equipped kitchen leads you out to a beautiful peaceful sunny courtyard.The space Fern tree cottage can accommodate 4-5 adults, or two adults and up to 4 children. Boutique style, the decor is lustrous and colourful but has a homely comfortable feel. It has a wood burner for the chillier nights and a BBQ for the warmer nights. Quirky means due to the age of the cottage it has low doorways and beams and the stairs are narrow but this adds to its character. Fern Tree has been recently refurbished and has old slate and terracotta floors, a handmade wood kitchen and has been decorated with a sympathetic slant to the olden days as well as a modern and eccentric twist. The cottage features examples of stained glass designed and made by myself, artglassbydesign, which are for sale or can be commissioned. Other things to note Parking. It is on street parking and there is a car park to the rear, we are end of terrace so it's close, our back get leads to it. So it is usually easy to find a parking space.
