This modern holiday home has just had a complete makeover, and is tastefully finished with the latest fittings and appointments, imparting a luxurious feel to whole abode. The home itself is well appointed and has 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The brand new designer kitchen makes it perfect for entertaining; opening through to the bright and comfortable living/dining area. The sliding door opens up to a large front decking, the perfect space for alfresco dining or indoor/outdoor entertaining. The master bedroom is comfortable and spacious, and is finished with a beautiful ensuite, but it doesn't stop there. All the bedrooms are designed to make it easy to unwind, and replenish those batteries after exciting days exploring the region. There are 1 King, 2 Queen beds and 4 Singles, easily accommodating up to 10 guests. The front garden is adorned with lush green grass and peppi trees providing the perfect amount of privacy. The home is child friendly being one level, located on a quiet cul de sac and a short stroll from a friendly swimming beach. It is just a few minutes' drive to the all the cafe's, boutiques and eateries of down town Dunsborough. Close to the Margaret River Wine Region and surrounding golf courses this home makes perfect sense for that "down south" getwaway. Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
