The house is situated at the top of an 8 acre rain forest covered block, where you can enjoy gentle breezes along with expansive views of the hinterland and coastline. The pavilion style house was custom built to highlight the natural environment. High ceilings and the generous use of timber and glass sees this home constantly flirt with its surroundings, drawing the landscape into every room. A large, partially covered first floor deck joins the lounge pavilion and the kitchen and bedroom pavilion. The lounge features a wood burning fire, Tasmanian myrtle cabinetry and 6m high raked ceilings. The kitchen opens onto an expansive outdoor dining space. The master bedroom and second bedroom are adjacent to the bathroom with the master bedroom features a large walk-in robe and opens onto the deck overlooking the acreage with amazing coastal views. No extra guests are allowed to stay in the house and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance. Limited firewood is provided during winter months only.
