You can stay up to 4 people in a friendly atmosphere. This beautiful 47 m2 loft will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay in the centre of Strasbourg. Overlooking the courtyard and therefore very quiet, you can rest well after a day of visiting the city. The apartment is composed of: In the first part: - 2 bunk beds (each 90x190 in size) - A large closet - a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, a kettle, an oven and a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher... - a bathroom with a large shower In the 2nd part of the loft: - a living room with an HD flat screen television - a sleeping area with a king size bed (180x200) The whole apartment will be yours! - it will be cleaned for your arrival - the beds will be made with clean sheets - clean towels and bath mats - Wifi available throughout the apartment This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees. Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 60 for cleaning costs will be billed to you.
