From the kitchen you can access the large equipped veranda, where you can enjoy pleasant moments al fresco. Inside the house you will find 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double bed, there is a sofabed in the living area too, so the property can hold up to 5 guests. Mosquito nets are on all windows. The garden features ancient olive trees and lush areas; the guests will find at their disposal a barbecue, table tennis and a playground for children. This house is the perfect location to spend your holiday in complete relaxation, but it’s also an excellent starting point to visit Tuscany’s most beautiful tourist destinations, such as Florence (km 35), Siena (km 100), Lucca (km 50), Pisa (85), San Gimignano (km 80). Don’t miss the chance to spend a day at the seaside in Versilia (85 Km), with its long sandy beaches and the many seaside resorts famous for the culinary traditions, the shopping and entertainment opportunities, such as Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi.
