This holiday home with private above ground pool lies just 4 km from the sea and 15 km from the famous Alassio beaches. Here you are in the famous Riviera delle Palme and less than 10 minutes by car from Pietra Ligure, the European capital of outdoor sports. Sports enthusiasts can try their hand at the countless trekking and mountain biking trails and paths of the Val Maremola and Monte Carmo area. In addition ... wonderful rock gyms and many water sports including surfing, canoeing, kayaking to discover caves and beaches. A corner of paradise where everything is reflected in the blue sea: this is the Riviera delle Palme, a dream sea with a hinterland to discover. In the vicinity you can visit Toirano, a small ancient village with its underground caves; Pietra Ligure with its old Borgo of medieval origin and the Borgo Nuovo of Renaissance origin. For golf lovers there is an 18-hole golf course in the Valle Lerrone, one of the most evocative of the Ligurian hinterland, surrounded by olive groves and pine forests. And then Noli, Bergeggi, Spotorno and Vezzi Portio arriving with the latter to discover the immediate Ligurian hinterland with its landscape, quietness, aromas and the peasant flavours. The house is on several levels: on the ground floor there is a large living room with an open kitchen and a sofa bed, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a quadruple bedroom with bunk beds. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with a terrace and a bathroom with shower. Laundry room, bathroom with shower, garage and entertainment area with billiards, table football and darts in the basement. A bikeroom for bicycles is available, too. Arrival after 8 pm is on request and against payment. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.
