It is one of three independent holiday homes by the sea in Salento. The holiday home is on the ground floor, while the other two units are on the first floor and they can be rented singularly or together. With an outdoor equipped space, it can accommodate up to 9 guests while the small villa can accommodate up to 20 guests. It`s pet friendly. Vacations by the sea in Salento, Posto Rosso It is on the ground floor of the small villa. The holiday home for rent within walking distance from the sea, is introduced by a large porch, furnished with table and chairs but also comfortable beach beds. The guests have at their disposal accessories such as the washing machine and the bicycles. The apartment consists of a large living room with dining area and sitting room with television; the kitchen and the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom with double bed and single bed. The house is completed by two bathrooms, one of which with shower. The windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The surroundings of Villetta Posto Rosso It is a small seaside location and it`s part of Alliste, in southern Salento. Its coast is characterized by accessible cliff and blue sea. You can enjoy exceptional sunsets on the Ionian coast. Posto Rosso is a short drive away from other loved tourist destinations: the beaches of Ugento such as Torre San Giovanni (2 km), Lido Marini (12 km), Pescoluse (19 km) and then Capilungo (3 km), Torre Suda (7 km), Mancaversa (9 km) and Gallipoli with the beaches of Baia Verde which are 14 kilometers away.   - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.  In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - An extra payment is required for late check-in
