Cosy Bungalow located in a quiet residential complex in the heart of Playa del Ingles and only a few minutes walk from the Yumbo and Cita shopping centres. The area boasts a great variety of restaurants, and plenty of supermarkets and shops. We reach the beach on foot, in just 15 minutes, through the beautiful sand dunes of Maspalomas or you can dive in its community swimming pool. The nearest golf course is only a 5 minutes drive away. This bungalow has been recently refurbished and you can enjoy peace and privacy without giving up being in a very central location. **One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request) **This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden. **Late check in carry the following extra charges: -Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30 -Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50 -Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80 *** A security deposit is required for incidentals.
