Hear the Ocean from the Courtyard. This cosy unit is only 1 street back from the beach and across the road from the popular Seabreeze Hotel. It has a private courtyard complete with outdoor dining setting and BBQ. , There is a fully equipped kitchen is there for your use. We provide Wi-fi, a smart TV and Netflix for your enjoyment. Visit the Lambert's Beach Lookout only 2 minutes away for an amazing view and sometimes even the odd whale or two will pop up its head. Wi-fi and Netflix are provided for your enjoyment. Weekly cleaning is provided. There is a carport for your use located on Cumberland Ave. Please note there is parking for 1 vehicle in the carport only, other than that there is plenty of street parking. The unit is for your private use only. There is a shared laundry at the other end with a separate washing machine just for you. Please don't hesitate to contact me if there is anything I can do to make your stay more enjoyable. I am available between the hours of 8am to 10pm. This is a friendly neighbourhood and you will find lots of families enjoying the beach and the local hotel. There is a bus stop on the esplanade which will take you to town or Mt Pleasant Shopping Centre should you require it.
