Summary: This beautiful, breezy apartment sits amongst the trees in the park immediately across the street from the iconic Burleigh Pavilion, and behind renowned restaurants The Fish House and Rick Shores. Beautiful Burleigh Beach is on right on your doorstep, and it's a short stroll to picnic on Burleigh Hill or hike the beautiful Burleigh Headlands. The apartment is newly renovated and impeccably styled with LOVE! It has a large super comfy King size bed, and a very comfortable queen bed, and everything you could ever need for a memorable Burleigh getaway. The Space: This is an impeccably styled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Burleigh Beach Tower. You have all the facilities you could ever need. Heated pool, spa, tennis court, fully equipped gym and it literally is in the best location you could imagine. You have a secure underground car park, and with such great shopping, restaurants, and public transport at your doorstep, that is where your car can stay! Guest Access: Guests have full access to my entire apartment and all facilities. The Neighborhood: My apartment is ideally situated right across from Burleigh Beach, is blissfully quiet, secure and private with building access to a swimming pool and spa in peaceful surrounds with sun loungers both in the open air and under cover. Adjoining is also a well equipped gym. It is on the doorstep of world class food shops, restaurants and cafes. The street is a buzz with all manner of shops including the famous Cold Rock ice-cream outlet next door. Free parking is available in a secure car park with direct lift access to my apartment. Public transport is right across the road. Getting Around: Bus stops are on your door step south, or north is right across the road. It's only a 6 minute Uber drive to Varsity Station which will take you straight to Brisbane Airport. Other Things to Note: Pets under 10 kilos are only welcome with prior approval, and I need to have advanced notice in order to get the approval through. Please don't bring your dog if you are going to leave it alone for long periods and if it is going to bark and disturb other guests and residents in the building. I also do ask that you avoid reception area and please take your fur baby in and out of the building through the underground car park, and also that you take them offsite to the park area next door to do business, in line with our body corporate by-laws. Also please be aware that I will have to charge extra cleaning fees if there is any stains or damage to carpets or furniture, or if there is excess pet hair to remove.
