Bliss Apartment Port Grimaud  Very nice quiet and bright apartment completely renovated in the heart of the lakeside town close to shops and 10 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment has a large living room. The kitchen is fully equipped fridge, freezer, combination microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster ... The lounge area has a sofa bed rapido (excellent bedding for 2 persons), a flat screen TV with international channels, WIFI and a dining area The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed 160x200 and a dressing room. The apartment has a loggia with a superb view of the lake city ideal for breakfast and an aperitif at sunset! Secure building with elevator and place reserved for tenants in a secure parking. Beach 10 minutes walk with views of the golf course and Saint-Tropez reserved for residents of Port-Grimaud. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels 15 € / person and to subscribe a cleaning fee of end of stay 40 €. Non smoking apartment - Pets not allowed  Rental agreement. Deposit of 250 € payable by check (not cashed) or 200 € in cash if no possibility to provide a check. The apartment must be returned in the original state of cleanliness if it were not the case a flat rate of 40 € will be taken from the deposit.
