A holiday home in a masseria A finely furnished holiday home, respecting, which was wisely renovated with respect of its historic value but with all the modern comforts, like the shared pool and the barbecue grill. It`s introduced by a covered patio, equipped for your lunches, dinners or relaxing moments outside. The house consists of a living room with television, kitchen with electric oven and the sleeping area, which is divided into two bedrooms: the master bedroom in the old "pajara" and the twin bedroom, served by a bathroom with shower. Laundry room shared with the other units. The masseria, with pool and large outdoor equipped spaces, shadowed by a pine grove, fruit garden, olive trees and Mediterranean scrub, is 3 kilometers far from the bay of San Gregorio, a few kilometers far from Leuca and a few minutes` drive from the beaches of Torre Vado and Pescoluse. p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; line-height: 14.0px; font: 16.0px Times} span.s1 {font-kerning: none} - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Shared Pool available from June to September. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Shared garden, washing machine and barbecue.   - Energy costs € 9 per day. - Bed linen is on request at € 15 per person per week. - Extra charge of € 50 for late check-in (from 8 pm to 12 pm). - Pool available from June to September.
