Spacious recently renovated apartment with sea view, a private entrance & parking space in the quiet area of Saguarda. Furnished and decorated in style, it offers all the modern comfort you need. The large, light living room with fully equipped open kitchen and dining area opens to the terrace with glass sliding doors. In winter, a large fireplace will keep you warm. The kitchen has a 90 cm stove with oven, a smaller separate oven and all the appliances you could ever want. On the terrace, you will find a plancha (a gas operated grill plate) and dining table. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200), one with two single beds (80 x 200). All bedrooms have air conditioning and a mosquito net.
