We are the owners of existing holiday accommodation Sea & Wine Retreat and have created another space in Sea & Wine Retreat #2. Single nights accepted Sunday - Thursday **Please contact us for last minute rates** This gorgeous country style property with sea views, has recently been renovated and tastefully decorated with modern decor and is located at one of the most beautiful beaches on the Fleurieu Peninsular, Maslin Beach. With bedding for upto 8 people, this property suits small groups, couples or families. Now available brand new 5 person outdoor spa to help you relax on holidays... Only a short walk to the pristine family friendly Maslin Beach where you can enjoy a swim, just relax or thorw a line in and try your luck at fishing & sometimes you'll be lucky enough to have the whole beach to yourself. 800m south is the section of Maslin Beach that was declared Australias first unclad beach where you can get your kit off if that's your thing!! Sea & Wine Retreat #2 is a 5 minute drive from one of Adelaide's finest wine regions, McLaren Vale, where there are many restaurants, cafes & wineries - a definate on the 'must do' list for all food and wine lovers. Port Willunga's Star of Greece is only a couple of minutes away aswell and we are only a 10 minute drive from the beautiful country feel of Willunga, be sure to check out the Willunga Farmers Market for some beautiful local produce each Saturday. Accommodation: The property has 4 bedrooms with the following bedding configurations: Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 all have queen sized beds with 1000 thread count cotton sheets, bedroom 4 has 2 single beds with 500 thread count cotton sheets. Each bedroom has a heater (during colder months) **Please note, the standard pricing for 4 people is based on using 2 x queen beds. If extra beds are required it's $50 per bed per stay. Please advise when booking** The living area has a combustion fire (nightly wood supplied June-Aug), 50" flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a gas heater. A theatre style lounge suite with drink holders makes watching movies on your holiday very enticing. There is also a selection of DVD's, books and board games for your use during your stay. There is evaporative cooling throughout the retreat. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need including a full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop, and all your cooking/baking needs. There is standard pantry items aswell including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, sauces - alfoil, glad wrap and paper towel. We also leave milk in the fridge. There is a washing machine and dryer for use during your stay aswell. Single nights available by request, blackout dates apply. STRICTLY NO PARTIES
