The Seaview is a beach-fron, interior design masterpiece. This unique, luxurious holiday home is simply exquisite! The Seaview is only a 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay, sleeps up to 8 guests and is located on the waterfront, with breathtaking views across the glistening harbour and has the idyllic beach right in its backyard. Seaview House is spread over two super stylish levels. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas it's ideally configured to accommodate small to medium sized groups comprising of couples, two families or multi-generational families. Upstairs contains the open-plan main living areas, with views over the blue vista of Port Stephens. The living areas feature reverse cycle air conditioning, a soft comfortable lounge and pair of armchairs provide a lovely spot to sit and gaze at the water or simply unwind with a book or drink. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be used to cook up holiday feasts. The large under-cover deck, featuring a BBQ, luxurious outdoor furniture, including an opulent double daybed, lounge suite and coffee table, and a view that is simply stunning. This upstairs level contains two spacious and sumptuous bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has two single beds and the master bedroom has a queen bed, and delightful views of the beach and water. The ground floor contains another living room with elegant furnishings and decor, including another TV and comfy lounge, as well as a bar table and chairs. This living area also enjoys the views over the beach and bay and opens out directly to a patio, separated from the beach by just a few metres of grassed area. There are two spacious and sumptuous bedrooms on this level and a bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds and the other has a queen bed and looks out over the sparkling water. There’s a single lock-up garage and oodles of off street parking, so there’s easily room for the boat or jet ski. Free Wi-Fi is provided and upon arrival and you'll find beds all made with crisp white linens and fluffy towels in the bathrooms. The beach in front of the house has calm water, perfect for little ones. The kids will spend hours swimming in the crystal clear water, building sandcastles on the sand and playing on the grassy reserve. Halfway along the beach is fabulous outdoor kids play equipment and even closer is the popular new Rick Stein restaurant called Bannisters Port Stephens. ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
