** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** "Sea Esta" beckons you to relax in this beautifully decorated coastal styled beach house. This beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in central Cowes, just a short walk from Thompson Avenue cafes, restaurants and the beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** Featuring split level living with a north facing sitting room with wood fire and large deck with views to the bay. A table for 8 adjoins the kitchen which features a well designed kitchen.The Master bedroom with en-suite and water views has french doors that open to the deck. Two further bedrooms provide a queen bed and tri-bunk and set of bunks and trundle bed. A family style bathroom and laundry complete the floor plan. ** Outdoor Areas ** The large deck has a lovely outdoor dining area and bbq.The garden is well designed for beach side living and there is a large south facing deck to relax on and escape the hot days. The home also features a carport and drive way parking for 2 additional vehicles. Please note there is a security camera in the driveway. It does not view any private areas in the home. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a large fridge, dishwasher, and electric oven and cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** The kitchen/meals area is serviced by a split system reverse cycle air conditioner as well as a coonara heater, and there is a ceiling fan in master bedroom plus a stand alone fan to complement this for cooling in bedrooms. ** Bedding Configuration ** "Sea Esta" is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 8: Bedroom 1: One Queen bed Bedroom 2: One Queen bed Bedroom 3: One Tri-bunk and one set of single bunks ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
