It is solar powered and the sun streams in the living room and master bedroom, both with expansive views of the estuary and over to the sea and the mountains to the west. There are 2 heatpumps, 1 upstairs and one downstairs. There is one bathroom upstairs (with a bath/shower and toilet and handbasin) and one downstairs (with a shower and toilet and handbasin).
