Jays Beach House is two storey has beach views from nearly every room in the house with a balcony to enjoy alfresco dining. Upstairs is open plan with a well equiped kitchen, dining/living area and balcony. Downstairs is another living/TV area, 3 other bedroom, 1 with a queen bed 1 with 2 single beds and the other with 2 king single beds, second bathroom, w/c and laundry. Jays Beach House is situated directly opposite Jays and the Deere st beach, You are literally a 2 minute walk from the front door but also on the iconic walkway that starts at Town Jetty and continues past Flinders bay towards the new marina. The beach is iconic for kite surfing internationally recognised as well as a great place to catch whiting. Walk to the colour patch cafe for coffee or to the pub for dinner. A 5 minute drive you will be at the new marina where you can fish or launch your boat there.
