This exclusive luxury villa is located in Los Realejos, just 8 minutes walk from the city center and only 10 minutes away by car from various beaches. This location meets the highest expectations. San Benito was built in 1950, renovated in 2009 and expanded and completely renovated in the summer 2015. Again in May 2020 a lot of improvements have been done. On one hand the villa has kept its traditional charm with its first-class wooden floors and stucco; on the other hand, everything has a modern and luminous touch. With a total floor space of 523 m2 all rooms are very spacious. The main entrance leads directly to a modern kitchen through the initial hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with new with modern electrical appliances; a large refrigerator/freezer, Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, various small appliances like coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Right next door is one of the dining rooms, with a large table for 10 people. In this dining room you can also watch SAT TV. The laundry room with washing machine and dryer is just behind the dining room. Nothing has been left out and here you will find everything you could wish for. The long corridor leads you left into the 18 m2 dining room with a modern dining table and immediately afterwards into one of the large (40 m2) living rooms. Satellite TV and netflix is available. There is also an electric fireplace. The modern furnishings are all equipped with a blue LED light and give the room a contemporary touch. From here access is available to the new bedroom with double bed with direct view to the garden. Adjoining the living room is a smaller space of 19 m2 the new pool table. From this point there is easy acess to a modern bathroom with shower. Right next door is one of the bedrooms. Nearly 20 m2, with satellite TV, double bed, optional additional single bed and large closet. In addition direct view to the garden. The access to the first flor is via a wide wooden staircase. Here you will find 4 large bedrooms. The master bedroom is 39 m2. It has a large double bed, 3 large closets, a jewelry cabinet and mirror as well as SAT TV. From here you have direct access to the terrace where there is a Jacuzzi and Sauna to be found. It is conveniently covered and always ready for use. Next door there is a bathroom with bath and after another 18 m2 bedroom with 2 single beds. The next bedroom is a big family bedroom. First, a large bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Subsequently, another room with 2 single beds, which can be ideally used as a kids room. But, as there is a door in-between it can also be used by adults. The total size of 44 m2 leaves sufficient space for all. From the kids room you have a wonderful view to the garden of the house. Should it be a little cooler in the winter months the whole house is equipped with radiators; this is an added value because it is quite uncommon to have radiators in Tenerife. In the spectacular garden there is a large pool 5 x 10 meters which can be heated for a surcharge all year round. The subtropical garden is frequented by many species of birds and it is a delight to watch and listen to these. The garden is lovingly cared for and has an area with lawns, a large terrace, tropical palm trees, birds of paradise and a variety of flowers. The BBQ area is well equipped : In addition to the barbecue there is a gas stove and sink. Directly behind a small round house there is a bar which can be used as a poolside bar. In the garden area there are 3 additional toilets. In the garage there is space for 2 cars and an additional parking space on the property is also available. At the top of the house there is also a terrace from which you have a wonderful panoramic views of the Teide peak and the Orotava valley all the way to the Atlantic ocean. A ping pong table is also avaialble for sports enthusiasts. The price is based on the house having an occupancy of 6 persons. Only 35 € per night will be charged per extra person (children 14 €).
