Charming cottage with pool in the hills of Montigiano, just 13 km away from the beautiful beaches of the carnival town of Viareggio. The property is located on one floor and consists of two bedrooms, large kitchen and dining room with fireplace, bathroom. The outdoor area with partial view of the Tuscan countryside and the sea is equipped with barbecue and table tennis. The area is ideal not only for sunbathing on the beaches, but also for hiking along oil and wine routes leading to Lake Massaciuccoli (23 km, bird-watching) and to the ruins of ancient Roman thermal baths. The Apuan Alps (about 49 km) are suitable for climbing; in Colonnata you can also enjoy the culinary delight "Lardo di Colonnata" (bacon). The cave "Grotta del Vento" promises an interesting adventure: here you can go 90 m deep. Art lovers will be fascinated by the cities of Lucca (20 km) and Pisa (30 km) with its famous Piazza dei Miracoli. From Viareggio, ferries lead to the wonderful villages of the Cinque Terre. The last 100m of the access road are unpaved. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.
