The Tarn Region encompasses rivers, dramatic Aveyron and Tarn gorges and vast forested areas. Nearby activities include horse riding, canoeing, tennis and sailing. There is a good range of shops and facilities 3km away at Cahuzac-sur-Vère. The nearest large town is Gaillac, with its lively markets, supermarkets, wine centre (enjoy sampling wines made from regional grape varieties), ‘apero’ concerts and other summer activities.
