The caravan classed in silver range, sleeps 8 people, it has 3 bedrooms (1 Double master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms as well as a double pull out bed in the lounge area). Recent refurbishment including Laminate flooring, brand new upholstery seating area. all mattresses brand new, Decorated to a modern high standard making the interior of caravan feel brand new. Outside storage box for those buckets & spades or other outdoor activity items locked with padlock. Located central on the site 6 rows in meaning quiet location from any late night noise from the entertainment areas but close enough to access all main attractions of the site 3 minute walk & all the action you could wish for. Large Lounge Area. Gas fire heated, U shaped seating area with pull out double bed for use as a sleeping area. 32" smart TV/Freeview. (Bedding not provided for the pull out bed) Dining Area. U shaped seating area with brand new dining table and additional stools. The Kitchen. Fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and eat meals, (utensils, pots, pans, cups & glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, Gas Hob & Grill / Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and 50/50 split Fridge Freezer The Bathroom, with a Toilet, Sink, shower & heater. (BATH TOWELS NOT PROVIDED). (Mattress protectors and pillow protectors on all beds.) Master Bedroom Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and mirror, electric oil heater. Fresh Bed linen, Pillows and double duvet Provided. “Turtle” Bedroom 2 Twin bedroom with 2 x single beds and a clothes cupboard. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers Directly outside the caravan is a grassed area with room for parking + Table & Chairs & Decking Unfortunately from September 2021 we are no allowing pets anymore. This is due to a few bookings not respecting our rules & site rules. Also a recent booking didn't tell us had 2 dogs & they have left our caravan in such a state, buying new duvets, sheets, pillows etc. That we have had to take this action. We are sad to not allow pets as we have had dogs & other pets ourselves & understand hard to leave a member of the family in kennels or looked after. These guests have spoiled it for the decent pet owners out there wanting to book our caravan & I can only apologise for taking this action. Check In/Out- Due to Covid19 Government Regulations our normal check in time of 2.30pm on the day of arrival will be at 3.30pm allowing time for the caravan to be deep cleaned and then a special fogging is used and takes 1 hour before anyone can enter. Check out is at 10.00am on day of departure. Keys will be in a key safe at the caravan, the code will be sent the day before your arrival.
