It is independent with a large private garden, placed in a quiet and peaceful residential area surrounded by gardens and vast green spaces. The house (45m2) hosts 5 people (there is also a baby bed) and is made up by a living room/kitchenette (with a single sofa bed), a double bedroom, a twin (or double) bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a storage room and a large shaded veranda. Entrance door and windows are equipped with security bars. The house is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning in all rooms, kitchen with gas oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, television, radio/CD player, water heater, hair dryer, fan heater, 2 fans, iron and ironing board, washing machine, bed linen, bath and sea towels. It has a water reserve (well). The masted garden (400 m2) surrounding the house is equipped with outdoor tables and chairs, deck chairs, a barbecue, a shower and a drying rack. It is possible to park a car. In the garden it is possible to host pets (there is a dog kennel) but they are not allowed to enter and stay into the house.
