This detached villa of 250m2 is located 10 minutes drive from the city centre of Rhodes and Medieval town of Rhodes (Old town). The long sandy beach in Faliraki is only 10 minutes drive away and wind surfers paradise in Ixia is 5 km away. The villa is set in a beautiful and exceptional garden full of trees and colourful flowers that will fill your heart with joy. The large pool and shady gazebo is ideal for absolute relaxation. A BBQ grill is also provided for barbecue parties full of fun! The front door opens up to a spacious open plan dining/living room modern and stylish with dining table seating 6, sofa, fireplace, TV and Wi-Fi.
