Upstairs :  -3 bedrooms: -2 with a bed of 140 * 190 (new bedding for 2 bedrooms), one with a very large dressing room, the other with a wardrobe and shelves, chairs, 2 bedside tables and bedside lamps in each                              -the 3rd with 2 beds of 90 * 190, desk and wardrobe closet shelves, dresser, chair and 2 bedside lamps - a bathroom (bath, washbasin) -WC separated. Fully enclosed garden, wood terrace of 30m2 with garden furniture, barbecue Weber. Possibility to park 2 cars in front of the house  Many activities: water sports, fishing on foot, by boat, ULM, horse riding, discovery of the Chausey Islands (40 mn by boat from Granville), the Anglo-Saxon islands: Jersey (1H20 boat from Granville), Granville (7Km), the Mont Saint Michel (45 Km), Cancale and excursions to the landing beaches, beautiful tennis complex with clay courts ... And of course idleness and sandcastles on the beautiful sandy beach. Market twice a week We are a family of 5 (parents and 3 children) Our children and I had many holidays in Jullouville, my parents having a vacation home. So we chose to return because the area is beautiful, the beautiful beach ... This house that we bought last year was a favorite: spacious, clear, well oriented, well arranged in the layout of the rooms, the veranda is a real plus (we eat inside with the feeling of to be in the garden), the enclosed garden (no risk for children) We had a lot of fun with it and almost all the furniture is new as well as the cookware, the dishes. We did not want to lose comfort on vacation compared to daily; that's why we think she's really well equipped. The strong points -proximity to the beach (less than 10 minutes walk), possibility to go shopping also on foot -very calm (at the end of a dead end) -closed garden and electric awning on the terrace new bed for 140 beds (2 small beds are not new but very comfortable) -possibility to park 2 cars in front of the house -2 refrigerators and 2 freezer hobs _ new furniture (it is not "old" and it feels really good) -The 2 bathrooms We have no evaluation because we are just starting to rent it (purchase of 2018)
