This property will suit contractors, families, and children needing short term or long term accommodation, or a great relaxing holiday. The patio area provides a BBQ and entertainment area, for children. If you are very lucky at night , you may find a little possum or two lurking in the peppermint tree at the back of the house . These little critters are about the size of a small cat and they love apples ,grapes ,or roses. I hope you see one . There is a games shed that has a pool table and many children's toys. The backyard is fully enclosed and is Child and Pet secure A long driveway provides parking for up to 5 vehicles. There is a pet fee of $70 per pet per stay. A 5 min drive to the Race Course, Trotting Track and Hamersley Parks Tavern. The Sports Center at Hay Park is close for the Health conscious or Sporting Groups. There are some beautiful walks to the back beach through the Maidens or through the bush to the Tuart Forrest. Minninup Forum Shopping Complex and a variety of Take away restaurants are a short walk away.
