Smart TV is connected to a fetch top box so you get a whole lot more channels and access to Netflix, Stan and YouTube just to name a few. DINING – very stylish extendable table large enough for 8 - 10 guests. DESIGNER KITCHEN - is the centre piece of the unit with all appliances and fully self-contained. The large island bench is great for a large family or friends get togethers. MAIN BEDROOM - has a King bed with trundle and walk through wardrobe to the ensuite. The side lights have a cordless charger for your convenience. BEDROOM 2 - has a queen bed, trundle underneath and extra large wardrobe space. BEDROOM 3 – has a double bed with a light and USB in the bed head. Also has storage under the bed for the extra pillows and blankets provided. BATHROOM/LAUNDRY – has a bath, shower and toilet. Automatic washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities are also supplied. AMENITIES - Pool, sauna and gym in the complex. You have access to the whole place so make yourself comfortable. The complex has a pool, sauna, gym and secure allocated car parking. There is also plenty of on-street parking, and visitor parking around the back. I’ll message you the day prior to your arrival. LOCATION Enviably located a stone’s throw from James Street’s popular cafes, restaurants and transport, and within easy walking distance of the Brisbane River’s beautiful paths and the Gas works shops, you’ll never be at a loss for weekend activities. Brisbane Powerhouse at New Farm is a hub for theatre, music, comedy, film, visual arts, festivals and more whereas Howard Smith Wharf is Brisbane’s newest entertainment and lifestyle destination beneath the Story Bridge. Head into the CBD by either a short bus or ferry ride. The bus stop is right out the front and the ferry is a short walk towards the Gas Works. You are just over 1km to either the Gasworks and Woolworths the other way to Merthyr Village and Coles. You have access from the front gate but would appreciate this being locked when not in use. There is a security camera over the gate entrance in the courtyard, this is for security only and goes by motion or when gate is being used. This is not used for any other purpose. Also please note that if you are to cancel this booking, you will be charged a service fee and/or credit card fee depending on the platform you book with. To ensure bonds are returned in full & without delay please abide by these rules in addition to our Full Terms & Conditions: • Do NOT relocate ANY FURNITURE • Do not change ANY setting on ANY appliance including TV’s • Be respectful towards neighbours (if a neighbour phones the Police or Property Manager for a noise complaint an eviction will take place WITHOUT warning) • Keep noise to a reasonable level AT ALL TIMES – remember noise travels • No extra guests are allowed in the property unless prior approval given • NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT AT ALL – please smoke outside • Do not sit on any furniture when wet or wearing lotion/sunscreen • Follow departure Check List on fridge when vacating • Do not wash any linen on departure • Remove ALL your rubbish including food from fridge/freezer/pantry • Leave the property in a similar state to how you found it. Additional cleaning charges may apply if left in an untidy manner • TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS/FANS/AIR CONDITIONER/TV’s WHEN VACATING • Lock & secure the property, close all doors & windows • A Security bond of $550 will need to be paid prior to getting the keys and will be refunded within 5 days of check out • If the fire brigade is called due to the smoke alarm going off there will be a $1,400 charge payable to the body corporate • If keys are lost a fee of $500 will be charged for changing the locks & keys A deduction may be made from bonds if the above is breached in ANY way.
