Old stone town house with shady central courtyard situated just off the main square and very convenient for all amenities. Renovated to provide modern conveniences but retains its individual character and charm. It can accommodate 6+ people (2 bedrooms with double bed;1 with twin beds; double sofabed in lounge) and has private parking. Above the lounge is a large sun terrace 30m2 and below is an open cellar with ping-pong. The kitchen/dining room is on the 1st floor; double bedroom, bathroom with wc and separate wc on 2nd floor; 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor and another wc with shower on the ground floor. Heating by electric radiators and woodburning stoves. A cot and high chair are available but this house may not be suitable for young children or those who have a problem with stairs. Views of Canigou and the surrounding mountains from the upper windows and terrace. Space for a small car in garage and there is off- road parking in front of it. Festivals in and around Prades: Every year during the summer there are a number of festivals and cultural events, the most well-known worldwide being the Pablo Casals Chamber Music Festival in August. Accommodation can be hard to find at this time. Discounts are available for longer stays, please ask. We also offer a discount for one couple using the house. We can accomodate 6 people in the house plus a child (pull out bed).
