As noise travels easily the apartment is best suited to families or small groups. Strictly no parties, loud or offensive music, high heeled shoes, events or additional guests other than those included in your booking are permitted. In order to maintain respectful relationships with neighbours we ask that all guests move indoors and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. - Smoking is permitted on the balcony only. Under no circumstances are guests to smoke indoors. - Upon check out our expectation is that the apartment is left neat and tidy, looking similar to when you checked in.
