The apartment boasts a spacious open plan dining, kitchen & lounge area which takes full advantage of natural light and flows seamlessly onto the sizeable balcony. The modern kitchen is equipped with every appliance a holiday maker could possibly need for total convenience including the must haves; a coffee machine & dishwasher, plus a Weber Family Q BBQ on the balcony to allow our guests to cook up a storm. The choice is then whether to dine indoors at the bar style table or outdoors, on the balcony which enjoys sea breezes and ocean glimpses from its 2nd storey setting. For those who prefer to dine out, an easy 5 minute stroll will see you at the Caloundra Esplanade; home to Bulcock Beach’s popular cafe & restaurant strip or, take a 2 minute stroll via the back gate and you’ll reach Bulcock Street; home to Caloundra’s weekly street markets. With a footprint of 150m2, the apartment sleeps up to 7 guests across its 3 generously sized bedrooms each with ceiling fans, screened windows & built in robes. The main room features a king size bed, BR 2 is set up with a queen & BR 3 has both a double & single bed. For those not wanting to haul luggage up the stairs the building has a lift with direct access to the front door for our guests’ convenience as well as a carport space for 1 med car. For guests with larger cars, after unpacking your luggage there is the option to utilise a free street parking spot or park on the top storey of the transit centre (bus terminal) next door. Everything you need is within a few minutes’ walk so you can unpack your bags & never set foot in the car until the day you leave. HOUSE RULES In order to respect both the apartment and our neighbours we have the following ‘house rules’: - Seagate is located on the second floor of a quiet residential complex. As noise travels easily the apartment is best suited to families or small groups. Strictly no parties, loud or offensive music, high heeled shoes, events or additional guests other than those included in your booking are permitted. In order to maintain respectful relationships with neighbours we ask that all guests move indoors and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. - Smoking is permitted on the balcony only. Under no circumstances are guests to smoke indoors. - Upon check out our expectation is that the apartment is left neat and tidy, looking similar to when you checked in. Thank you. ** PLEASE NOTE: We uphold these rules strictly. In the event that the apartment's rules are breached your booking will be immediately terminated without refund of any unused nights and your bond may also be sacrificed. **
