Old farmhouse converted into 2 traditional adjoining gîtes, in a peaceful village in the countryside, near the owner's farm (dairy cows) located 3 km from essential shops and 12 km from the sea. Enclosed terrace of 135 m² North/West and terrace open to the South/East countryside. Ground floor: lounge/living room (wood stove) with open kitchen, shower room and separate WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1-2: 140x190 bed, 3: 3 90x190 beds), mezzanine with relaxation area, shower room and separate WC. Additional equipment: for babies: bed/chair/bath, internet, radio/CD, iPod station, barbecue. Included: sheets and household linen. Not included: electricity, electric heating, wood, bathroom linen and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (65€). Then take direction St Viaud (D98), in the village of St Viaud follow Corsept (D98), continue until the crossroads and turn left towards St Père en Retz (D114).
