Set above an olive grove with sweeping views of the Cote d’Azur, Villa Lorraine is a spacious private villa that is ideal for 2 - 10 people (some rooms can be closed or left open). The villa is conveniently located in the quaint Provençal village of Opio, in a very calm environment but is just a five minute drive from Valbonne. It is also close to the lively seaside towns of Cannes, Antibes, Grasse and is an easy drive away from Nice airport. Spend your time pool side swimming or taking in the panoramic views of the sea and surrounding countryside. Dine al fresco on the outdoor terrace, or relax indoors in a very comfortable home that has all the modern amenities. There are four double bedrooms on three different levels (and a room with bunk beds if needed). The villa will comfortably sleep a group of adults, a family or an extended family or a group of friends wishing to get away from it all. If it necessary to work on your vacation, there is an office area where you can set up your laptop. There’s a large (46”/116cm) LED smart TV, unlimited WiFi internet access, UK free to air satellite TV, and French cable TV which has a selection of foreign channels including BBC World and CNN. The new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for your holiday cooking. Outdoors, there’s a relaxing undercover area for al fresco dining and an outdoor lounge setting to enjoy an apéro while taking in the wonderful views. The villa’s elevated position means it’s perfect to capture the afternoon breezes. The large pool is equipped with a pool alarm, sun lounges and sun umbrellas. (It can be solar heated at the beginning and end of the season – please ask). The pool house has a gas BBQ as well as comfy outdoor seating, a table and a shower and toilet. The garden is terraced with space for children to run around plus there’s an olive grove with about 40 olive trees. A ping-pong table is also available.
